Storquest
Storquest is a self-storage company with locations nation-wide. We are currently working on the first StorQuest self-storage location in Oregon; which is located in the Portland area. This location will be a three level facility accessed through a state-of-the-art elevator.
Tapio Constructions scope of work includes:
- 24,000 sqft of 4″ mud slab with a float finish.
- 24,000 sqft concrete mat foundation reinforced slab with hard trowel finish
- Basement foundation walls (with bentonite super stop)
- 3 slabs on deck, Floors 1, 2 and 3- 4000 psi concrete reinforced with wire mesh. All slabs hard trowel finish.
