General Contracting
General contracting is the most common delivery method used by Tapio Construction in which the general contractor assumes full responsibility of cost control, risk management and schedule. This allows us to provide a complete package of construction services on a lump sum, guaranteed maximum price, or time and material basis.
It’s our responsibility to manage the day to day operations of the site, coordinate subcontractors and maintain clear and open communications between clients, architects and subcontractors.
What to Expect
Acting as your general contractor, we will typically self-perform the site work, concrete and carpentry work in coordination with our experienced project management staff.
From pre-construction planning to scheduled close out, our experienced staff and subcontractors work together to make your project’s deadlines, budget and quality control standards.
